puin: we HAVE the capacity it's Pig Oil that holds back on the refining and refuses to upkeep maintenance, so lots of the plants get eventually shut down due to fires and other malfunctions.

Ultimately, we need more refining capacity instead of lower oil prices.

Has to be considered good news, though I suspect only very short term. The supply-demand factors haven't really changed.

Nominal increases in crude oil reflect positive signs for consumers? Unless there are cheaper prices at the pump, it really does not mean anything. Cheaper fuel prices, better economy, more jobs, better economy, cheaper transportation costs, better economy, cheaper food prices and a better economy too. Big oil sells fuel and natural gas to the citizens of this country otherwise there will be NO price reduction for the cost of fuel or natural gas IN the US. Barry has ‘spending gone wild’ addiction, pushing his 'green' agenda in renewable energy and vehicles. The US ‘oil and natural gas resources’ belong to the citizens of this country and are to be used by those same citizens! Speculators, manipulators and the banks continue to unfairly and unjustly make the driving public pay higher prices at the pump for their benefit. Whatever the size or shape of the vehicle, Produce and ‘Drive’ vehicles with high MPG, are very reliable, have a ‘reasonable’ cost and a good ‘value’ for the money. Consider using other forms of less expensive transportation to lower your cost, if possible! The price of fuel at the pump is too high! 12/22/2012!

What's happening GasBuddy? For a week we've been having the same articles posted for two or three days at a time. This one I commented on yesterday. Yesterday we had 3 articles which had been posted the day before, and one of them was being posted for the third time.

If the price goes down Obama helped do it. When prices go up its evil big oil, speculators and Bush.
Iran may just be playing this game to boost prices and the dellegation is just keeping the issue in the news. Somebody has to stir the pot to make a few bucks.

Not that gasoline prices at the pump ever follow traditional supply and demand economics.

Keep those "constructive negotiations" going for another 12 months and let's see if we can get the price down.

So, only a small price increase is GOOD news???
I suppose so, as it could have been a BIG increase ...
How about a price DECREASE as inventories rise and they liquidate "winter" fuels for spring???

It is good that supplies of crude oil are becoming more balanced. We need a law that prohibits the shipment and sale of American refined fuel to other continents until our prices come down.

None of the Iran talks will be seen as "constructive" in the years to come.
